Twenty three hardworking Caribbean Bottling Company (Bahamas) Ltd. (CBC) team members were awarded prizes for their hard work and dedication on Dec 16 during a digital awards presentation.
Alexis Armbrister and Owen Basden, both from New Providence, Linda Stubbs from Grand Bahama, and Sanajah Forbes from the company's Turks and Caicos Islands branch (T&C Refreshments) were all awarded Ambassador Awards, which were voted on by their fellow team members. They were recognized for their hard work, positive attitudes, and their willingness to constantly go above and beyond for their coworkers and customers.
Production Manager, Cindy Fox, and Quality Control Supervisor, Whitney Fernander, were also voted on by team members to receive the Manager of The Year and Supervisor of The Year awards, respectively.
In addition to the employee chosen honors, seventeen team members, from various departments, were recognized. Anthony Winston, Michelle Adderley , Tanya Joseph, Cyrus Bastian, Shadari Mackey, Rhonda Sands, Hyatt Wilson, Deangelo Belle, Jaquel Storr, Kareem Knowles, Earlison Curry, Stephen Sands, Je'Cannya Garland, Peter Thompson, Dalika Pratt, Lakeria Sweeting, and Michelle Rahming all took home Shining Stars Awards.
"The past two years have been exceptionally challenging, so we wanted to do something to show team members that their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their teams, customers, and communities, does not go unnoticed." noted Nikia Wells, CBC Communications Marketing Manager. "Each year, we allow team members to choose the CBC Ambassador Award recipients. This year, we also added even more award categories to highlight team members who embody the spirit of the company."
Each award recipient was honored at a digital awards presentation and received gift cards courtesy of CBC.
