Fleet and Facilities Supervisor

Overview

The Supervisor, Fleet & Facilities will support the Fleet & Facilities Manager in leading the operation of facilities maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, and fleet management, ensuring a well-maintained and professional working environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating all facility-related activities, including: management of vendors/service contracts (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial services); regular and one-off repair and maintenance; space planning; cleaning management, office moves, and equipment tracking
  • Ensure the maintenance of all physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to the highest standards, implementing preventive maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in overseeing the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring they are maintained for safety, reliability, and operational readiness
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for building repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required
  • Perform other related duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in facilities management, fleet operations or related field; with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fields
  • Fundamental understanding of building maintenance and auto mechanics
  • Project management experience, a plus
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
