For Ken, he pauses and finds his power by relaxing on one of the many beautiful Bahamian beaches, playing video games with his fellow athletes from around the world and diving deeper into his faith through prayer and meditation. Austria, they love decathlons out there.

 

5. If you could create your own Powerade drink, what would you name it, the color and flavor?
I would call it “Power Paradise” and it would be a pink lemonade flavor.

 

6. Favorite event in the decathlon and why
Hurdles and discuss are my favorite. I like them the most because they feel the easiest for me to get right

 

7. Funny childhood memor
When I first started sports I was in high jump and while training a frog jumped on me midair. When I got up and saw the frog wrapped around my leg I stripped and ran out the school gate. To this day I’m uncomfortable seeing frogs.

 

8. What 3 things would you bring with you if you ever traveled to the moon
If I traveled to the moon I would bring some Powerade, a camera to take pictures and my wife!
