Direct Purchase
Yes. We deliver Monday through Saturday for commercial customers. The minimum order requirement is ten cases and there is no charge for delivery. Simply contact customer service at 397-4253 to place your order today. We also have two depots; one at our former site on Thompson Blvd., and the other at our new home on Sir Milo Butler Highway. The hours of operation for both are 7am – 3pm Monday through Saturday.

Shop Coolers
All customers interested in having a cooler in their store must have an account with CBC to establish a purchasing history. Customers should also complete the Cooler Request form and return it to CBC or email Customer Service at customerservice@cbcbahamas.com. Customers approved for cooler placement are required to purchase minimum quantities of cases per month, and only CBC products should be kept in the cooler. The same procedure applies to customers in the Family Islands.

Fountain Dispensing Equipment
Fountain dispensing equipment is available to those establishments which order a sizeable amount of product, and can facilitate housing of equipment which might be required for installation. Family Island Orders
Orders can be paid for via local banks, credit card or the post office. Please be sure that the deposit is made in the same name that the order is placed in. Please contact our Accounts Department at 242-397-4250 for account information.

Class Tours
CBC offers free tours of the plant to students who are in at least the third grade. To arrange a tour simply contact Customer Service at customerservice@cbcbahamas.com. To ensure we are ready for the tour we require at least two weeks’ notice prior to the requested tour date. The maximum group size is30 persons. School tours are schedule times are 10am & 10:30am

Trailers for events
Yes, our trailer is available for events. Persons interested in using our trailer must purchase product for the event, and only CBC products may be served out of the trailer. A deposit of $250 is required, which is refunded upon the return of the trailer in the same condition it was received. Contact the Marketing Department for availability. If available complete ‘Trailer Request Form’, at the front desk.

Personalized Banners
The first banner for an event is complimentary, any additional banners thereafter is $50. To apply for a banner please complete the Banner Request Form. You may either bring the completed form to CBC or email it to Customer Service at customerservice@cbcbahamas.com. Banners require a $25 deposit, which is refunded once the banner is collected.

Event Sponsorship
All sponsorship requests should be sent to the Marketing Department, they may either be dropped off in hard copy to the office, or electronically submitted to customerservice@cbcbahamas.com.

Residence Delivery
CBC, does not deliver to residences. However, you can purchase from any of our depots. Their locations are:

Their hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 7am – 3pm

Becoming a Customer
There are two easy ways to become a customer. Complete the New Customer form at the front desk at either our Sir Milo Butler Highway, or our Yellow Pine Rd in Freeport. If you are unable to visit us and complete a form please contact a Customer Service Representative.

Saturday Hours

Our main office is not open for business on Saturday. However, if you would like to purchase product, you can do so at our depots, which are open on Saturdays (7AM – 3PM).

Yes, our 20x20 tent is available for rent at a cost of $75. Please note this is pending availability. To book the tent please contact the Marketing Dept., at 397-4250.
