Driver (Stills)

Careers > Stills Driver

Drivers (Stills) are responsible for servicing all assigned/routed accounts with Coca-Cola stills products and performing all merchandising activities. Drivers has to ensure prompt, efficient service to all customers that are assigned to their route and that all products are properly displayed and rotated (F.E.F.O – First Expired, First Out)

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Driver is responsible for the accounting of ALL inventories loaded onto their trucksaily and is responsible for the accounting of all goods sold to customers on their respective routes.
  • To visit assigned accounts in accordance with the route schedule provided by the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Responsible for keeping the truck clean and reporting any repairs as needed.
  • Keep customers informed of all promotions and any service schedule changes.
  • Drivers are responsible for merchandising all stills products with respect to the positioning of the product in the account in question and keeping product clean, properly stocked and rotated.
  • Drivers are to report to work on time daily as scheduled and in accordance with the company dress code and MUST have employee ID present.
  • To perform other duties as requested by their manager in accordance to their work ethics with respect to their work experience.
  • Identify recommendations to contribute to risk reduction and sustainable performance

Competency

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • A valid Driver’s License

Skills

  • Efficient Oral Communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Legible handwriting
  • Team Player

Training

  • Use of Handheld in Route Center Application Software
  • Relevant KORE Requirements and Company Procedures
  • Awareness of Integrated Management System:
  • IMS Policy and Objectives
  • Training in applicable Work Procedures: Quality, Food Safety and GMP
  • Understanding of job-specific risks and operational controls to achieve risk
    reduction and sustainable performance
  • Understanding of consequences for departure from operational controls
