Maintain all forklifts and ensure they are in good, working condition.

• Perform repairs, routine, emergency and preventative maintenance on forklifts
• Troubleshoot forklift problems to include brake, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctions
• Perform safety inspection of forklifts prior to being released back to the work floor

Education/Experience

• High school Diploma
• A minimum of 1-year experience in engine maintenance and repairs

Skills/Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in forklift repairs or a related mechanic field
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Ability to perform repairs in a timely manner
• Ability to manage time wisely
• Ability to remain productive without supervision
