January often sparks a renewed commitment for many men and women to get moving, and the Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC) recently hosted its second Dasani Hydrate & Fit Week, to encourage just that. The weeklong series of activities included samplings and giveaways at the Club One Fitness Center, Mac Fit 360, Solomon’s Supercenter and Supervalue. The week then culminated with CBC hydrating thousands of runners, walkers and joggers at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k and Marathon Bahamas.
During the series of activations, shoppers and gym-goers were able to receive complimentary Dasani still and Dasani Sparkling water, in addition to free fitness giveaways that promoted fitness and safety.
“Last year we had so much fun hosting our Dasani Hydrate & Fit Week that we brought it back” noted Nikia Wells, CBC Communications Marketing Manager. “For many, January marks a fresh start, and a renewed interest in getting and staying active. And, staying hydrated during that process is vital. All week long we treated shoppers and gym goers to free Dasani still and sparkling water, and lots of giveaways that included diffuser bottles, reflector bands for safety while walking, reusable shopping bags, sunglasses, and more. We also have many more amazing fitness events, sponsorships and activities lined up for 2020.”
